A phlebotomist comes to your home or office in Mumbai. You choose the time. The visit takes twenty minutes.

The sample is collected, labelled, and transported to the lab under cold chain. You do not travel. You do not queue.
Your data, interpreted
Results reach your dashboard within 72 hours. A physician reviews the report. Commentary is written in English, not in numbers.

Where markers are flagged, the protocol adjusts. Where markers are optimal, the protocol holds. The next panel measures the difference.
How each step actually runs.
You book on the dashboard or through the concierge. The phlebotomist arrives at the agreed time. Morning visits are standard; fasting is required for the lipid and glucose panels.
The nurse collects a single venous draw. Four vials, total volume under twenty millilitres. The visit takes twenty minutes including a brief pre-draw review.
Samples move under cold chain to the Redcliffe Labs central facility. The full panel is processed through NABL-accredited protocols under ISO 15189.
Raw results reach your dashboard within 72 hours of collection. Physician-reviewed commentary is appended within a further 48 hours. You receive a notification when the report is complete.
Basic — two biannual full panels. Premium — two biannual full panels plus two quarterly retests on the dynamic marker subset.
We do not issue prescriptions outside the Premium consultation. We do not replace your GP. We do not test genetics, microbiome, or imaging in v1.
