You book on the dashboard or through the concierge. The phlebotomist arrives at the agreed time. Morning visits are standard; fasting is required for the lipid and glucose panels.
The nurse collects a single venous draw. Four vials, total volume under twenty millilitres. The visit takes twenty minutes including a brief pre-draw review.
Samples move under cold chain to the Redcliffe Labs central facility. The full panel is processed through NABL-accredited protocols under ISO 15189.
Lab results within 72 hours of collection, followed by physician commentary within a further 48 hours. You receive a notification when the report is complete.
Essentials — 70+ biomarkers, twice a year. Pro — 110+ biomarkers twice a year, plus quarterly check-ins and a focused retest between full panels.
We do not issue prescriptions outside a clinical consultation. We do not replace your GP. We do not test genetics, microbiome, or imaging in v1.
