Common questions on the tiers.

Can I upgrade mid-year?
Yes. The difference between your current tier and your new one is pro-rated against the months remaining in your annual term. The concierge handles the arithmetic.
Is GST included?
GST is charged at the applicable rate on invoice. The headline prices are exclusive of GST.
Do you offer single panels without a membership?
No. The annual cadence is what makes the commentary useful. A single panel without comparison has limited clinical meaning.
What happens if a marker is out of range?
The physician flags it in your report. If the finding is urgent, the concierge reaches you by phone — Signature within one hour, Pro within two hours, Essentials within 24 hours — and arranges onward referral.
Can I pay in two instalments?
Yes. Annual membership can be billed in two six-monthly instalments at no additional cost.
Which tier should I pick?
Essentials if you want a baseline you can rely on. Pro if you want continuous quarterly tracking plus clinical oversight. Signature if you want the complete clinical picture, including heavy metals, methylation, cortisol rhythm, and a clinician you can message directly.
