Which membership should I choose?
Essentials covers 70+ biomarkers twice a year for a broad baseline and ongoing comparison. Pro adds a deeper 110+ biomarker panel, quarterly check-ins, a focused retest between full panels and priority concierge handling. Both include at-home collection and doctor-reviewed reporting.
What is included in the annual price?
Your membership includes the listed lab panels, at-home collection in Mumbai, doctor-reviewed reporting and your member dashboard. Pro also includes focused retesting and priority handling. Supplements and additional services are not listed as standard inclusions; ask the team for an itemised quote before enrolling.
Is GST included, and can I pay in instalments?
The annual prices are ₹14,999 for Essentials and ₹29,999 for Pro, excluding applicable GST. The daily figures are approximate equivalents, not daily billing. Membership can be paid annually or in two six-monthly instalments at no additional cost.
How do I prepare, and when will I receive my report?
The collection team will give you preparation instructions for your panel. Follow those instructions and share any medicines or supplements you take. Lab results within 72 hours of collection, followed by physician commentary within a further 48 hours.
What happens if a result needs attention?
A physician reviews the findings and explains the appropriate next steps. If a finding is urgent, the concierge contacts you by phone and arranges onward referral. Keep your treating doctor involved; this membership does not replace medical care or emergency services.
What happens after I request access?
The membership team contacts you to discuss your preferred plan, collection availability and onboarding. Requesting access does not take a payment or start a membership. You can also email memberships@thecode.health with questions before choosing.
Can I upgrade mid-year?
Yes. The difference between your current tier and your new one is pro-rated against the months remaining in your annual term. The concierge handles the arithmetic.
Do you offer single panels without a membership?
THE CODE currently offers annual memberships, with two full panels to support comparison over time. For a one-off diagnostic test, speak with your treating clinician or laboratory.
