These terms govern your membership. By enrolling in THE CODE, you agree to the clauses below.
Founding protocol offer
Available to the first 50 new Essentials members who enrol and complete a baseline panel. Where the panel supports it, the first clinician-reviewed supplement protocol is included for up to 90 days, with a maximum stated retail value of ₹5,000. No supplement is predetermined and no automated recommendation is made. The protocol is clinically conditional, non-transferable, cannot be substituted, and has no cash value. Joining the waitlist does not reserve the offer. If clinical review determines that no supplement is indicated, a ₹2,000 non-cash credit is applied to the member’s first renewal. The credit is not refundable, transferable, or payable in cash and expires if the membership is not renewed.
Membership
Annual commitment. Two payment options — full annual or two six-monthly instalments. Pricing in ₹. GST charged at the applicable rate.
Cancellation
Within 14 days of first enrolment, if no panel has been scheduled, a full refund is available. After 14 days or after the first panel, refunds are assessed case by case by the member concierge.
Medical scope
THE CODE is a wellness membership. It is not a substitute for medical care. Our commentary is educational, not diagnostic. Members are advised to retain their treating physician and consult them before acting on any result.
Data use
Covered under the Privacy policy. Key principle — your data is yours, stored in India, and will not be shared without consent.
Laboratory partnership
Panels are processed by Redcliffe Labs (NABL-accredited under ISO 15189) or, at our discretion, by Metropolis Healthcare. The laboratory operates under its own regulatory frameworks.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
Amendments
We may update these terms. Material changes are notified to members by email at least thirty days before taking effect.
